My Services
As your doula I will partner alongside you to support you emotionally, physically and mentally. I will educate you and empower you to go into labor with confidence and peace. I will be there to support you throughout your pregnancy, labor, and early postpartum. I will also be there as a support for your partner. I can assist with breastfeeding and provide resources for further help.
What is included in my package:
Free 30 minute phone interview to get to know me and decide if I would be a good fit for you.
2 prenatal visits to help you create your birth plan, vision, discuss fears and answer any questions you may have about the birth process as a whole. I will also show you some hands on pain management options I can do while you are in labor.
I will be available via text or email throughout pregnancy.
I will be there to attend your birth (home, birth center, or hospital), whether that means meeting at your home first to support you before we go to the birth location or meeting at the birth location.
On call 24/7 availability from 37 weeks to 2 weeks past “due” date
1 postpartum visit within a week to debrief your birth experience, see how you are adjusting to the 4th trimester and that you are feeling secure and safe with your new baby.
